My Mother suffers from MS and has a PEG tube using Jevity 1.5 3 times a day, has anyone expereinced increase pulse rate ?

Hi Kevin! How is she feeling?

Has she ever been diagnosed with any allergies?

Or has she ever had any type of acid reflux, heartburn, ulcers or etc.?

Both of those may cause this issue.

If she's sensitive or allergic to something in it it could cause an elevate pulse rate.

And if she's had excess acid issues, she may have some gastric erosion over the vagus nerve and that can cause elevated heart rate, as well.

And some people do that just from eating, drinking or generally ingesting anything.

There's also a chance it could be related to the MS.

How high is her heart rate going?

The deciding factor is whether or not it's hitting dangerous levels.

Either way, it should be mentioned to her doctor, to be on the safe side.
