I can/T swallow the pill Janumet 50/1000 can this be crushed safely.

As long as you don't have the time released formulation, which is called Janumet XR, then yes, you can crush or cut the pill to make it easier to swallow.

It is not safe to do so with the time released Janumet XR, because it may cause you to get too much of the medication, at once.
