Janssen S 15

have a small white pill with janssen on one side and s 15 on the other. the pill is scored to be broken in half.

From what I have found, this appears to be a tablet from the UK that contains 15mg of Cinnarizine, which is an antihistamine that's used to help prevent the nausea and vomiting that's associated with motion sickness.

My guess would be that someone from the UK was visiting your area recently and they had a supply of these with them. I certainly hope they didn't lose them all and had enough for the trip home!
