I've Taken 3 X Too Much Xarelto

Hi , I know this sounds silly but I've taken 60 mg of xarelto today in error . I was taking 2x 15 mg per day and then got reduced to 1x 20 mg going forward . Should I be worried , I won't obviously take any tomorrow ?

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and easy bruising.
