I've Been On Lo Loestrine Fe For At Least 5 Months And It Feels Like Always Have My Period
UpdatedThe first month I had seemed to skip my period, but from there it just got worse. My period lasts for nearly two weeks at a time. Now, only nine days after my last period ended, it started again and it's already been 8 days. I'm trying to get an appointment with my doctor, but does anyone know if skipping the placebo pills until then will provide me with any relief? I just want to stop feeling awful.

Hello, Marina! How are you?
Skipping them isn't likely to help, if you're also bleeding on the active tablets. It seems like this just isn't the right contraceptive for you to take.
When do you see your doctor?
