Oxycodone metabolizes into Oxymorphone at a rate that generally does not exceed 15%. But........ Oxymorphone has a half life of 7-9 hrs vs. 2-3 for Oxycodone. So it is possible to pass for Oxycodone and fail for Oxymorphone after taking Percocet.
