Based on your description I can confirm this pill to be a (180 mg) Thyroid tablet. it doesn't seem to have a name other than Thyroid. It is manufactured by Rugby. I'll post back if I am able to locate any active ingredients.
This particular Thyroid pill is given when the body doesn't produce enough of this hormone on its own.
