why do I not have normal logic of things around after taking isosobide mn er and a drop in blood pressure that is below 99 systotic

Isosorbide works by dilating the blood vessels and reducing blood pressure, so that would explain both your dizziness and your drop in blood pressure.

Have you talked to your doctor? You may be on too high of a dosage.
