Isosorbide Mn Er Causing Headaches

i HAVE BEEN ON ISOSORBIDE MN ER FOR 6 DAYS NOW SINCE AN ANGIOGRAM WAS PERFORMED. I HAVE A COUPLE ARTERIES/VESSELS THAT HAVE SOME BLOCKAGE, BUT MAIN ARTERIES ARE FINE AND BLOOD FLOW TO HEART EXCELLENT. However, this medicine is giving me bad headaches and lightheadness...Does this improve after more time on the medicine

It may improve some, but I have to say that it really doesn't for the largest percentage of people that take it and is a very commonly complained of side effect.

That is why this medication is most commonly only used as needed.
