It is just a nutritional supplement that contains a complex of vitamins and minerals that your body needs for overall health. There is no guarantee that it will help with hair loss, or improve immunity, unless those conditions are specifically related to the lack of a vital nutrient that it contains.
The U.S FDA warns that some of these supplements may cause nausea, due to their potency.
