Is This Phentermine 37 5?

What is it? White oblong pill with tiny blue specks, scored and the the markings of K 35 on one side and plain white on the other side? I was told it is phentermine by a weight loss clinic. Is it?

Is the marking possibly K 25?

If so, this tablet is manufactured by KVK Tech and yes, they do list it as containing 37.5mgs of Phentermine.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, anorexia and unpleasant taste.
