With no imprint I can say that it is definitely NOT codeine manufactured in the US. Basically all drugs manufactured here are required to carry unique markings so that they can be easily identified. With that said, it could very well be an over the counter supplement, or perhaps even something from overseas. All in all I'd say to dispose of it. Safety first! Or if you want to spend a hefty amount of $$ you can pay a lab to analyze it, but I doubt that'd be worth your time. Hope this helps!
