Is This A Side Effect Of Diltiazem 180mg?

I feel that since taking Diltiazem twice a day 180mg in the morning and 180mg in the evening my nose has gone completely dry. I used to have a very runny nose, constantly wiping. Since this dryness I keep getting sinus infections.

Yes, that is listed by the FDA as a possible side effect of this medication. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.

If you are getting repeated infections, you may want to speak to your doctor about trying a different medication.
