Old pills, maybe no longer made. It is a big, oblong, white pill. Scored on the back. One side has RUGBY, the other side has 3914.

This tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Lortab, this is a narcotic pain reliever and YES, it has been discontinued.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
