Is This A Pain Medication

My mother recently found a bunch of pills in the street ..dont know what they are and everyone is saying something different than the other. Can u please tell me? One side has m2a4 and 57344. Is this a pain medication?

This tablet is manufactured by Physician Partner and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Tylenol.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache.

Is there anything else I can help with?
