My mother has an abscess tooth and there is not enough left to pull. She does not have insurance so she can not pay to get it cut out. She is prescribed an antibiotic but cannot afford it. I had an infection a few weeks ago and still have some of my antibiotics left and i need to know if she can take them for this.

Having 'some' of your antibiotics isn't going to be enough to give her a full course and destroy the infection. (You should have finished all of them, when you were taking them, actually.)
In addition, even a full course of antibiotics is not going to solve the problem, with a tooth in that shape, she will just keep getting recurring infections and letting a dental infection like that go untreated can be very dangerous.
What I'd recommend is looking for a discount dental clinic your area, they should be able to help her do something about the broken tooth, or refer her somewhere else that will be able to do it inexpensively.
