Can a benzodiazepene come up in your urine if you have taken Ondansetron and Sulfamethoxazole-Trimethoprim? I'm in a half way house and was dropped due to a failed lab result, but I have used absolutely no drugs.

Yes, the Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim has been known to cause that, as researched and published by MEDTOX Journal, whom operates a SAMHSA certified laboratory that is FDA certified. There are actually many medications that can cause such results for benzodiazepines, including some very common over the counter medications.
