Is Life Worth Living.

I've seen so much, Been so many places . I have come to realize that this is not a world that is kind or happy.

Of course life is worth living. There are many things to live for, not the least of which is your family and friends.

While there are many things that go on in our world that aren't pleasant and involve unpleasant people, that doesn't mean that everything is bad or that everyone is unhappy and miserable.

In reality, your happiness is what create for yourself. You have to learn to be happy with yourself, what you have and where you are in life. The only one in control of your life, your emotions and how you respond to any given situation is you! Even when a situation or event seems bad, if you start making yourself react to it in a positive way, you will start to notice a huge difference in your life and your outlook, as well as the way others respond to you.

It sounds like your suffering from depression, which is understandable, many people go through it. Have you considered talking to a doctor or counselor?
