Is Levoquin Safe To Take With Methadone?

I need to know if I can take levoquin 500mg (1 per day ×7 days) when I am taking methadone 100mg per day?

No, the FDA generally warns that they should not be taken together, due to the risk of experiencing a dangerous heart rhythm, that has the potential to be life-threatening.

Did you doctor instruct you to take them both?
