Is Kliond 100 Safe To Use In Second Trimester Pregnancy

I am 18 weeks pregnant and was prescribe Klion d 100 for 10 nights...my discharge looks brownish/redish i colour...not sure if its blood in the discharge...should i be concerned? Is klion d safe to use in second trimester pregnancy?

Given that brown discharge is usually old blood left inside the cervix, it would be best to consult your doctor to be sure of what's going on.

While this medication can sometimes irritate the cervix and cause spotting, it should be the same red color as normal period blood.

The FDA lists other typical side effects as possibly including irritation, redness and discharge.
