Is Klion D Safe During Pregnancy

Hi... i am 39 weeks pregnant and my doctor says i have trichomoniasis... She prescribed klion d 100....Is this safe at this stage of my pregnancy? And how can i tell the difference between trichomoniasis and a yeast infection because they both have the same signs and symptoms? I want to know if I'm being treated for the correct infection. Thank you.

Hi am 20 weeks 5 days pregnant i was on ENDOMETRIN i stop because it stated to burn down there and i started to spot and before i was getting a light green discharge the doctor told me i could have a infection and put je on klion -d 100 i took the first dose last night and it burning and am getting alot of discharge and at 4 pm today there was a spot of blood in the discharge
