I have been taking this pill now for 2 weeks. I lost the 3 lbs the 1st week. Since then I have gained like 6lbs. However, I can tell that it's curbing my appetite, but no more weight loss. I'm trying to decide if I continue. I'm totally sleep deprived and constipated to the max degree...Is it worth it to continue?

Hello Meme,

I would like to help you but I need some information to go off of. What medication are you taking and was it prescribed to you?

Just some information that may help you. Eating less food does not necessarily mean that you will lose weight. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you are consuming in a day, so no matter how low your intake is you could theoretically still gain weight if you were to burn less energy.

If you don't feel comfortable discussing this information here you could always discuss this with your primary care physician and see if they could help you.
