Is It Safe To Take Purbac 480mg During 1st 2wks Of Pregnancy

When took purbac i was not aware that i was two weeks preg, after 4 week on medication i discoverd that i was 6 weeks pregnant and i stopped taking them. now i am concerned about the hurm it will do on my unborn baby as it clearly state that it should not be administered during pregnancy. Please help.

There may be some risk, but generally the earlier you've taken it and stopped it, the lower the risk.

The best thing to do would be to inform your doctor that you were taking, so they can watch the baby for any possible problems or complications.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
