She also wants me off Methocarbamol 1,500 mg every 4 hours. I am scared stiff to come off all of these meds so quickly. Thank you

How long have you been taking the Tramadol and how soon does she want you to stop it?
The FDA does classifies it as an opioid, so it can be habit forming, which means a slow taper is usually best to prevent the worst of the possible withdrawal symptoms. They are listed as typically including nausea, dizziness, fever, chills, rebound pain and diarrhea.
Unfortunately, there's really nothing similar that doesn't also carry the risk of being habit forming.
Has she suggested anything?
