Is It Safe For Me??

I am 50Kgs in weight and 5'10" which means i am underweight. No one has prescribed me this medicine. However, i have read a lot about this medicine. Is it okay for me to take 1 capsule a day. My normal daily diet is not doing me any good. I am a non-vegiterian. However, i have nt eaten Pork and Beaf for ages. I sometimes work out in the gym. I want to improve my overall body structure. Is it safe for me to take this medicine??
