Please DO NOT CHEW ON THE PATCH THAT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.IF THE PATCHES ARE NOT HELPING PLEASE SEEK HELP FROM YOUR PHYSICIAN WHO COULD POSSIBLY GIVE YOU THE MEDICATION ORALLY OR CHANGE YOUR MEDS YO SOMETHING ELSE WHICH MIGHT HELP YOU .BUT PLEASE NEVER EVER CHEW ON A PATCH.

That's exactly how I use mine because it helps with the pain right away AND stops my EXTREMELY painful leg spasms! Also stops me from needing to buy illegal fentanyl pills that you don't know what is in or how many mgs it is!
