Is It Illegal To Fill Out Of Sta Te C2

In the state of md is there a law that states a technician cannot not take an out of state rx c2... if so will b reported to DEA? Im in fear of my license.

I've accidentally taken C-II scripts prescribed in NY to Michigan and I wasn't prosecuted. I just needed to have Michigan-licensed physicians rewrite them. Nobody reported me. I just unfolded the scripts and felt like a jerk. The pharmacist and I both laughed. Fortunately, I have a friend or three who practice there. What is a technician doing with a "live" script presumably not written for him ANYWAY? If you mean the FILLED Rx, that's not illegal at all for ANYBODY. "Equal Protection Under Law" means just that. The FDA (the DEA cannot make laws; they can issue regulations with the force of law, but the FDA can repeal or reverse them at any time and Congress can render them irrelevant with new legislation. We're not in Nazi Germany, regardless of what these clowns think. I love it when my now-in-private practice kid sister kids their asses in Federal or Appellate Court, which she does on a regular basis. Why? She's smarter and she'll get REAL scientists to refute their "expert witnesses.") As long as the Rx is written out to you or your pet (HONEST!), you can take it with you. If it's written for your girlfriend, she'd better be there!
