Is It An Ulcer

I've got a grandson that has been hurting around the stomach area and can't eat much. He has little appetite and nausea most of the time. He's had his gallbladder tested and a ct scan couldn't find anything. He throws up a lot. He is only 19, did weights but now lost 30 lbs in a month. He stays stressed out. He has aspergers and just met a girl 18 months ago. She has a stunt growth problem and tells him she can't marry him unless he has a really good job. He can't even drive due to having seizures that he has. Could all this come from stress knowing he can't get a job, no transportation? He doesn't do math. Would be a great History teacher but can't do that. He got a special diploma. Please help me find a diagnosis.

According to the NIH, there are several possibilities that could cause such symptoms, stress, an ulcer, gastritis, IBS, gastroenteritis and various others.

What does his usual diet consist of? Anything spicy, or acidic could aggravate such conditions.

Is he on any medications?
