Is It Advisable For A Woman To Clean Their Womb?

I am single but i have a live in partner and im using pills for almost 6 years...then i want to have a baby or something just like i wanna stop using pills..what procedure to follow before im getting pregnant? is it advisable to clean my womb or should i wait 4 months before getting pregnant without cleaning it?...all i was concerned about are the pills inside my tummy..is there any side effect if i got pregnant after 4 months without using pills?

I need advice I have trying to fall pregnant all my life without success. Am 40 yrs these year and still need a baby,I have a problem with my menstruation, it stops when I was 17 yrs old , I tried to take any medicine without success. I feel so lonely now. Advice pls
