Is Hand Shaking A Side Effect Of Clacee 500mg

I sm on this drug for acute bronchitis this morning I woke up with my right hand shaking uncontrollably, could it be this drug?

I took myself off the antibiotic and the other tablets my doctor had me on and the hand shaking stopped, as did the dizzy spells and nauseousness. I will let nature take its course and heal me, with out any medication.
