Is Gas A Side Effect Of Biote Adk Vitamins

Just started taking BioTe ADK and am having terrible gas pain and abdominal discomfort. Is gas a side effect of these vitamins?

Most multivitamins can cause that, they can be very harsh on the gut. You might be able to minimize it by making sure to take it with food.

The FDA lists other possible side effects as including nausea, and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Okay, thanks! What about taking it at night (with a meal) instead of in the morning? Do you think that would help?

I just started taking ADK and wondering if your issue was just temporary or continuing. Do you take one pill per day as recommended on the bottle, my doctor said, one every other day, so just curious.

I started taking ADK 10 and DIM along with a pellet HRT two days ago. I have restless legs syndrome. Since I started this therapy I have not been able to sleep at all. My restless legs has increased greatly to the point that I can not sit down. I cannot keep my arms still. They want to jerk like my legs. I do take Requin for my legs. I also have a headache. Which one of the products is causing these problems. I really need to sleep. Thanks

I know this might sound crazy but I promise it will work I was diagnosed with RLS when I was a teenager and have taken everything for it and it was sooo bad for me I would walk the floor all night long and then 6 years ago I had my last baby and was over whelmed between my new baby and trouble with my RLS and I was crying all the time and meds where not helping the shots where not helping nothing I did seem to help then one day back in my hometown I was talking to this sweet little old lady who not only had the same problem as me but also new the answer to my prayers and no I'm not joking about this not one bit the lady told me to start taking a tablespoon of French's musterd every day and before bed every night and I would feel better get sleep and pain and cramps would go away. I thought to myself this poor woman has lost her mind there is no way that's going to work but me being me I thought I've tried everything else so why not give this a try and not only did it work but I was able to stop talking the shots and two other meds my Dr had me on and my RLS doesn't give me any trouble now go figure all that time and all that medicine I was taking and money spent and wasn't working when all I need to do was go to my refrigerator and eat some mustard funny how that works but it does and you will not regret it either hope you get better soon
