I have just started takeing zero fat A sachet from 1 week . I am 36 year old and weight is 83. How much time it will take to reduce 20 kg.

My name is salma I'm 27 yrs oldwith height 5.4inchesmy weight is 69kgs dctr suggest me zerofat A capsules once a day for 30 days is it helpful for reducing weight Im having pcos in both ovaries since 4yrs due to that irregular menses that post 2-3 months in a yearlike I got menses hardly 4times in a year.please reply my question soon it will be grateful
