This imprint is identified as Sulfamethoxazole + trimethoprim DS/double strength (800mg/160mg). This is the generic version.

Inactive Ingredients in this pill are:
docusate sodium, magnesium stearate, povidone, pregelatinized corn starch, sodium benzoate, sodium starch glycolate type A potato
