Lortab is better Ultram is not good for nothing actually but give it a try may help but If your in reall pain get Lortabs

Lortab, it is actually a narcotic pain reliever containing Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. Tramadol is a generic for Ultram and it is a non-narcotic, it does work well for some people, but not great for severe pain suffers. The opiate drugs are definitely stronger.
