Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between the active ingredients in Voltaren (diclofenac) and Neurobion (multivitamin). This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate.
Personally, I wouldn't take a risk like this even with evidence of no "drug interactions", but then again Neurobion is just vitamins and it would probably just come down to which binders or fillers are present in each tablet.
