No, this tablet does not contain Hydrocodone, nor any type of narcotic.

If it is a larger, oval, white tablet with G254 on one side, then this is an over the counter product that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol.

Side effects may include: nausea. drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
