Is Telma Am A Beta Blocker?

I've been taking Telma AM for 3 months and I recently had a blood test done which shows my triglycerides at 261. I need to know if Telma AM is a beta blocker, since there are few medications that increases triglycerides.

No, it doesn't contain a beta blocker. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

What does your usual diet consist of? Do you make sure to get a lot of exercise? Are you on any other medications?
