Is Mylan A Pain Medication

Mylan is the name of a drug manufacturer, not a medication and they actually make several 250mg tablet, so I really can't tell you anything about it from this information.

Can you please post back with more details, such as the markings on the tablet and its description?

If you do so, I will gladly look it up for you to see if we can determine what it is and what the problem may be.
