Is Meftal Spas Safe For Pregnant Women?

I've been having severe abdominal pain for ten days and my period has been delayed for seven days. I planned for pregnancy, but two days back I checked up and it's negative. I am waiting to check again after two days. Plz suggest a solution for my abdominal pain.
