Which is stronger Lortab or Roxicet? And how are they different? They are both 3/325.

There is no 3mg dosage, the lowest these come in is 5mgs.

Now the difference between these is the narcotic. Roxicodone contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and Lortab contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen.

Oxycodone is the strongest of the two.
