Is it safe to take vitamins with Nitrofur-macr or will they hinder it from working?

I can't really answer this, without knowing the specifics of what exactly is in the vitamin you are taking.

For instance, some types of calcium can affect the absorption of a medication, but not all of them do.

It's also just generally wise to proceed with caution and take them about 2 hours apart, to prevent any problems from occurring.
