Is Hydroco-apap Generic Lortab?

Is this oval white tab with m 357 on it generic for Lortab? Is this in the same family of Diluadid?

That stands for Acetaminophen with Hydrocodone, it is generic for Lortab and yes, the Hydrocodone is a narcotic opiate, just like the Hydromorphone in Dilaudid.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness.
