I have two medications one is the GLYB/Metform 5-500 mg and the other is Metformin hcl 500 mg. I only use the Metformin hcl 500 mg only. Can I use the Glyb/metform when I am done with the metformin hcl

No, you shouldn't change your medication to the one with Glyburide and Metformin, unless you have your doctor's approval to do so. The addition of the Glyburide may not be safe for you, or it may cause your blood sugar to go too low.
