No, but a warning about them has been issued by the U.S. FDA, because with testing they have been found to contain the undeclared drug ingredient Sibutramine.

Sibutramine is a controlled substance and it was removed from the U.S. market in 2010 due to the fact that it caused dangerous cardiac risks.
