Is Ecosprin 75 A Combination Drug?

Does Ecosprin 75 contain any other drug in combination? I have been taking Ecosprin 75 , one tablet a day after lunch, my heaviest meal, along with a statin as advised by my previous doctor. My present doctor suggested I take only the Ecosprin 75 as it contains a statin too. Is this correct?

No, Ecosprin only contains Aspirin, Ecosprin AV contains aspirin with a statin.

Which one are you taking?

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
