Is Dolzero Safe For Everyday Use?

As per my doctor's advice, I have been taking 1 Dolzero at night everyday to reduce pain. Is there any harm in that?

I am also taking the Dolzero tablet every night for my hip & leg pain under my doc's advice. Most of the time it works. Seldom it seems to fail. But still, I depend on that. Net sources say there are no major side effects of Dolzero. But I would like to confirm it through people who use this or some medical experts. Your opinions are welcome.

Dolzero contains the active ingredients Paracetamol and Tramadol, both of which are used to alleviate pain.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. This medication may also be habit forming.

Please be careful not to exceed the recommended dose, since the Paracetamol can be toxic or may cause liver damage in high amounts.
