Is Dilaudid Stronger Than Mscotin60

I dont like taking any drugs but iv had three back surgerys ,Is dilaudid 4mg or ms cotin60mg.

The 60mg MS Contin, Morphine, would actually be a stronger dose, to equal it, you would need 15mgs of the Dilaudid, Hydromorphone.

Both are narcotics and can cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.

Ok I have to many pain problems to write down but I take 50 of fentanyl &15oxys 1 2 day of patch plus was on 2 of dulliad they r giving me problems with this new doctor my other one passed away help what can I get to replace thr the 2 of dulliaud

Dilaudid is 10 times stronger then Morphine taken PO. The IV conversion is more like 12-15x stronger then Morphine. Your question can't be answered if you are Taking M/S Contin Brand Name which is a delayed release makes comparing very hard! I was a Pro Race Car Driver and i am 51 with a DESTROYED body. I take 600 mg of Morphine sulfate ER during the day and 3, 60mg same at night. i take a 4 and 8mg dilaudid total of 12 mg every 3 or 4 hours. i still hurt so bad and have been at peace with God for so long. I pray every night to be taken to paradise as long as the transition isn't horrible painful or very scary! Now in Florida, we are being MURDERED by the DEA. The whole Oxy-pipeline drug dealing hillbilly scumbag disaster has taken every single bit of quality of life away from me! I was born in Florida, grew up in the Shenandoah valley in Virgina- Harrisonburg P.S. Methadone is a horribly dangerous drug, with a 22 hour half life. I hate it and was actually over dosed by a Pain Doctor in Stuart, Florida. He was gone drinking and whatever for the day. Didn't answer ER page. God must still have a purpose for me and kept me alive. I don't remember
3.5 days of my miserable pain soaked life!

I would like to know if my pm doc will up my dose of Norco 7.5.and give me something a lot stronger along with Norco I had a 180lbs roll of fabfic fell on me. It caused herniated disc,nerve damage now being referred to neurosurgeon. The pain is terrible. Maybe I can ask for my normal Norco 7.5 plus hydrophone or opana I need some advise about what to say
