Is Cardace-m Safe After Bypass Surgery

My husband is 52 years old. He had gone through bypass surgery in June, 2017. Since then his numbers are very high. Is Cardace-M safe to be taken after bypass? No other medicines are working on him.

Can I use Sildenafil 50 safely?
