Is Cefakind-cv 500 Right Medicine To Cure Typhoid?

my doctor said that my widal test showed positive for typhoid and prescribed CEFAKIND-CV 500 twice daily.I had sinus problem also when i went for checkup.Is it the right medicine to cure typhoid?.....please answer

Cefakind cv 500 tab is very good medicine for typhoid because it contains cefuroxime axetile 500mg which is both gram+ and gram- broadspectrum antibiotics
