Yes, this medicine has been prescribed for me. I took it for 2 1/2 days out of 6 days....stopped taking it because of nausea & vomiting.

To answer your question, Bactrim Ds (Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim) does not contain any Penicillin.
